This course's primary focus is the basics of the DSLR camera and how to photograph and compose beautiful shots immediately while remaining in the camera's "Auto-focus" setting.
Whether your camera was newly purchased and this is a fresh hobby teeming to be explored, or you wish for your camera to cease collecting dust on your shelf, by the end of the lesson, you will be prepared to take pictures and immortalize the entire world around you!
In this lesson, we will cover:
- Auto-focus, Aperture, F-Stop, Focal Length (18mm-300mm)
- Exposure/Lighting
- The beauty and importance of Bokeh
- Depth of Field/Choosing the correct lens for your desired shot
- Proper Holding positions
- Shooting Levels (Above, At Level, Below)
- Background, Middle Ground, Foreground
- Vignettes
- Rule of Thirds/Golden Spiral
Bringing your own camera is advised but not required! Questions are welcomed at any point during the lesson.
